Explore a codebase, plan the work, and watch it get built. It runs on your own machine or in your own AWS account, and your code never leaves either.

Everything here gets you from nothing to a pull request. You should be able to read all of it in one sitting.

If you were sent a kit

Somebody enabled you, and your download came with a manifest naming your machine image and your repositories. Your install comes up already knowing what it is for.

The three words

You cannot do anything at all without these three, so they are worth ninety seconds before anything else.

A galaxy is a repository, held as one thing: its configuration, its credentials, its analysis and its history.

An epic is work broken down before it is built. Phases, and work units inside them, each small enough for one person to pick up.

A gap is a question the plan cannot answer on its own. Something the work needs decided that your document did not say. They are listed rather than guessed at, and that is the point.

Everything here is from a running system.
